A Domestic Kitchen Tennessee Food Safety Certification Course will be held Dec. 3 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Ellington Agricultural Center in Nashville. The purpose of the course is to certify individuals using home kitchens to prepare, manufacture and sell non-potentially hazardous foods to the public, while ensuring that the public health is protected by compliance with these rules and inspections by the Department of Agriculture.
