Elizabeth “Lib” P. Neese Anderson, 50, of Paris, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, at the home of her brother in Paris. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McEvoy’s Chapel in Paris, with Bro. John Bowen officiating. Visiting hours begin at 10 am. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Charlie Maskas, Steve Maskas, Max Middleton, Marty Hall, Mike Rooks and Kenneth Rawls will serve as pallbearers. Ms. Anderson was born July 12, 1958, in Paris, daughter of the late John Thomas and Margaret Pritchette Neese. She grew up in Martin, graduating from Westview High School in 1976. She was an employee of Henry County Hardwoods for 16 years. After initially being employed as a receptionist, she educated herself about the lumber industry and was promoted to general manager. Early in her career, she also worked at Napa Auto Parts and Wofford’s Nursery. Survivors include a son, James Blake Neese Anderson of Knoxville; her companion, Donald Wesley Jacobs; two sisters, Linda Neese (Tim) Beringer of Akron, Ohio, and Nancy Neese (Jim) Culver of Nashville; a brother, John David Neese of Paris; and her aunt, Edith Neese of Merritt Island, Fla.
