Boo School will be open at Black Oak Elementary School Thursday from 5-7 p.m. There will be trick-or-treating in classrooms in safety and comfort; unlimited jumping and bouncing activities; concessions, with barbecue; face painting; prizes; a costume contest beginning at 5:30 p.m.; and lots of fun for everyone, a spokesman said.

Admission is $3 for children. Those attending are asked to enter through the gym lobby in the rear of the school, which is located at 365 North Shawtown Road in Hornbeak.
