Ginger Perry, a long-time resident of Obion County, was recently named as the new marketing director for Advanced Gastroenterology and Summit Endoscopy Center.
Ms. Perry has been working as a medical assistant for Dr. Kofi Nuako and Laura Russell, CFNP, since January 2007.
“I am very excited about Ginger accepting this position,” said Dr. Nuako, president and medical director of Advanced Gastroenterology and Summit Endoscopy Center. “It is very important that we get out into the community and educate the public about colon cancer prevention, as well as many other gastrointestinal problems that they may encounter.”
In her new position, Ms. Perry will be working with the many community organizations, churches, businesses and physicians throughout northwest Ten-nessee.
She and her daughter, Jessie, reside in Troy.
