Union City police are investigating the theft of two Sea-Doos and a trailer from the lot of Green Acres Mobile Home Park.

Police responded Thursday to Green Acres at 811 West Reelfoot Ave. in Union City, where businessman Bryan Keathley said it had been discovered that someone stole two Sea-Doos with a trailer from the parking lot, according to a Union City Police Department report.

Keathley described the Bombardier Sea-Doos as white and yellow, covered with gray and black covers and placed on a white Dixie Draw trailer. There was a lock on the hitch.

The Sea-Doos were reported to have been there when the business closed the previous day and were discovered missing about 9:27 a.m.

According to the police report, the Sea-Doos had been purchased for $6,263 each in 1997.
