Completed arrangements are being announced for Betty Jean Blythe, 59, of Union City, who died Sept. 12, 2008, at her home.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Anointed Church of the Living God in Union City, with Bishop Barbara Bolden officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.

Friends may call at Rawls Funeral Home in Union City 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. 

She was born Nov. 15, 1948, in Lake County, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Ann (Ingram) Weddle. She was a 1967 graduate of the former Miles High School in Union City and was a retired employee of the former Superior plant in Union City.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sonja and Tim Mason of Dallas; her grandson, Tyran Mason of Dallas; two sisters, Louise Robinson of Detroit and Deloise Weddle of Jackson; two brothers, Edward Lee Weddle of West Memphis, Ark., and Tommy Lee Weddle of Grand Prairie, Texas; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline Mathis, Johnnie Mai Weddle and Carlette Spears; and her brother, Robert McKenzie.
