Miss McCage, Clark to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Rachel M. McCage and James E. Clark, both of Troy, are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mike and Paula McCage of Troy. She is the granddaughter of the late Herman and Gladys McCage of Troy, Dortha Wedeking of Searcy, Ark., the late Harold Wedeking of Browning, Ill., and John Paul Martin of San Francisco.
She is a 1997 graduate of Obion County Central High School. She graduated in 2002 from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, where she received a degree in biology and chemistry.
She is employed as a mortgage loan processor at First State Mortgage in Union City.
The groom-elect is the son of Gene and Margaret Clark of Troy. His grandparents are the late Ruby and Felix Clark Sr. and the late Hubert and Elsie Renfroe, all of Troy.
He is a 1988 graduate of OCCHS and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin.
He is employed with the Obion County Sheriff’s Department.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Oct. 4 at the home of the bride’s parents at 2039 West Highway 21, Troy.
A reception will follow the ceremony.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
