Miss Phillips, Neeley to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Mandy Jean Phillips and Tyler Harris Neeley are being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of James Phillips of South Fulton. She is the granddaughter of Emma Jean Phillips, the late James Phillips and the late James Hale, all of South Fulton. She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed at Union City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as the director of nursing. The groom-elect is the son of Allen and Sondra Neeley of Union City. His grandparents are the late B.W. and Elsie Harris and the late David and Mildred Neeley. He is a 2001 graduate of Obion County Central High School. He is employed with Union City Ford. The couple will marry Oct. 11 at First Christian Church in Union City. Music will begin at 2 p.m. A reception will be held at the church in Kidwell Hall. All family and friends are invited to attend.
