Miss Swift, Sauders to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Sarah Beth Swift, formerly of Fulton, to James Terry Sauders of Gilbertsville, Ky., are being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of Kathy Swift of Cadiz, Ky., and David Swift of Water Valley, Ky. She is the granddaughter of the late James L. and Virginia L. Brann of Fulton and Mary Lee Swift and the late Buddy L. Swift of Water Valley. A 2005 graduate of Fulton City High School, she attended Murray (Ky.) State University and is pursuing a degree in surgical technology from Western Kentucky Community and Technical College. The groom-elect is the son of Lori Lipinski and Terry Sauders of Gilbertsville, Ky. He is the grandson of Beverly and Arthur Lipinski and Thelma Sauders and the late James Sauders, all of Gilbertsville. He is a 2001 graduate of Marshall County (Ky.) High School and is pursuing a degree in political science from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. The couple will wed at 5 p.m. Oct. 4 in an outdoor ceremony at 272 Captain Lane in Gilbertsville. A reception will be held at Azars Lodge, located at Moors Resort in Marshall County, surrounded by Kentucky Lake. All friends and family are invited to attend.
