The Messenger. 08.26.08 Everett Wayne Tucker, 70, of Union City died Aug. 24, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris, with Leslie Case and Glenn Gill officiating. Burial will follow in Foundry Hill Baptist Cemetery in Puryear. Pallbearers will be Jason Stigall, Daniel Stigall, Matt Tucker, Hunter Oulman, Steve Caldwell and Wade Green. Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. today and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services. He was born March 20, 1938, in Manila, Ark., son of the late Charlie and Margie (Wilson) Tucker. He was married to the former Clara Jean Paschall March 17, 1975. She survives. He had lived in Paris from 1972-77 and had been employed as a security guard at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. He had also worked as the former manager of National Stores in Scottsville, Ky., and in Milan and had also been employed at Townsend Co. in Chicago and at Wal-Mart in Union City. He was a Baptist. Survivors also include two sons and daughters-in-law, Gregory and Sean Tucker of Paris and Christopher and Angie Tucker of Camden; his daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Randall Waddell of New Johnsonville; five grandchildren, Matt Tucker, Heather Tucker, Jason Stigall, Daniel Stigall and D’Anna Faulkner; and four great-grandchildren, Serenity Horath, Dale Faulkner, Taylor Faulkner and Junior Faulkner. He was also preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers.
