onathan Patrick “Jon” Ryder, son of William Jay and Donna Ryder of Union City, recently celebrated his 11th birthday with two parties. The first party was held at Snappy Tomato Pizza in Union City. Guests were served pizza, drinks and Baskin Robbins™ ice cream cake. Attending, in addition to his parents, were his brother, Matthew Ryder; his great-grandmother, Naomi Cole of Union City; and his cousin, Grace Kennedy of Union City. The second party was held at his home. Guests were served hot dogs, chips, Kool-aid™, iced tea and cake. Attending, in addition to his parents, brother, great-grandmother and cousin, were his grandparents, Dwight and Judy Lovett of Troy and Virginia Ryder of Nashville; and his aunts and cousins, Lonna Kennedy and Hope of Union City and Rebecca Clemens and Ana and Elizabeth Sykes and Lauren, all of Nashville. Sending wishes were his uncles, Pete Kennedy of Union City and Dave Clemens and Ernie Sykes, both of Nashville; his grandfather, Bill Ryder of Pleasant View; his great-grandfather, John VanAllen of Pennsylvania; his aunt and uncle, Youvonne and Keith Morrow of Troy; and members of Community Church of Christ.
