Be A Crime Stopper
The recent theft of catalytic converters from four different vehicles in Union City is being targeted this week by Crime Stoppers.
The week of July 21-25, one catalytic converter was cut off a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am and two were cut off a 1991 Lincoln Town Car on the property of Herman Jenkins Motors on West Reelfoot Avenue, while catalytic converters were also taken from two vans owned by the Eddie Cox Senior Center at 622 South Depot St.
Police said a black flat-bed white-cab work truck is the suspect vehicle in the crimes.
