wcp 7-29 Marlee Jean Houghtby, 5 days old, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky., after complications from heart surgery. Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky., with the Rev. Chad Lamb officiating. Burial was at Lynnville Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Her parents served as pallbearers. Marlee Jean was born July 12, 2008, daughter of Brian Houghtby and Bridgie McClain of Farmington, Ky. Survivors also include a sister, Bailee Houghtby of Murray, Ky.; grandparents Dorothy and David Chambers of Farmington, Ky., Mike and Michelle Houghtby of Mayfield, Ky., and Don and Dee Baker of Calvert City, Ky.; great-grandparents Billy Weaver of Hayti, Mo., Elizabeth Chambers of Tri City, Ky., Fern and Ed Heiston of Benton, Ky., and Gordon Houghtby of Mayfield, Ky.; four uncles, Jason Carlton and Michael Chambers of Sedalia, Ky., Lonnie Jarred and Pete Weaver of Dresden; and four aunts, Chrissie Morris of Mayfield; Nancy Elinor of Sharon, Lisa Pegram of Palmersville and Judy Boane of Gleason. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Marilyn Houghtby, Hulon Chambers and Mary Jean Petty.
