Jackson Central Merry
finally has head man

Jackson Central Merry finally has a new man to patrol the team’s football sideline for the upcoming 2008 season.
Jim Glover will take over the helm of the program that went 1-8 last season.
Glover comes to JCM after a stint as the offensive coordinator at Ridgeway in Memphis.
Prior to that job, he served terms as the head football coach at both McNairy Central and Humboldt and as the offensive coordinator at Lambuth.
Glover will replace former Union City High School and Dyersburg assistant coach Cedric Hampton, who was relieved of those duties after four seasons at the Cougar helm.
Hampton led JCM to the playoffs in the first two of his years on the job.
