Classes or schools wishing to share information about an upcoming reunion or the planning sessions related to reunions or needing help in locating class members for a reunion may contact Glenda Caudle by phone at 885-0744 during weekdays from 7:30 a.m.-noon; by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 885-0782 with information or in person at the newspaper office at 613 East Jackson St. in Union City. There is no charge for this one time service. Please include the name and daytime phone number of the person submitting the information. The Union City High School Class of 1968 is planning a class reunion for Labor Day weekend. A planning session has been set for July 29 at Ryan’s Family Steak House on West Reelfoot Avenue in Union City. Those who would like to enjoy a meal together are asked to meet in the back room and begin eating by 6 p.m. The actual planning session will start at 7 and final plans will be made for the reunion. Members of the committee who are planning the event are looking for class members Shirley Worley and Mike Oliver and are asking anyone who knows their current address or other contact information to call Allyson (Graham) Thompson at 885-3158 or Nancy (Lovelace) Durham at 885-5275.
