Debra Woodard Baker

wcp 7-22 Debra Woodard Baker, 50, of Southaven, Miss., died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at her home. Services were at 2 p.m. Friday at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden, with Bro. Jim Gatlin and Bro. Chris Estep officiating. Burial was at Olive Branch Cemetery in Como. Chris Estep, Terry Hankins, Travis Hankins, John Michael Hankins, Chad Conner, Justin Phalovka, Billy Abbott and Dennis Pewitt served as pallbearers. Mrs. Baker was born in Louisville, Ky., daughter of the late Athol Foster Woodard and Margie Sue Woodward Williams. She was a homemaker and a member of Goodman Road Baptist Church in Horn Lake, Miss. Survivors include her husband, Alton Dean Baker of Southaven, Miss.; a daughter, Brooke Erin Baker of Southaven; two stepdaughters, Dana Sadler and Diana Abbott, both of Horn Lake, Miss.; a sister, Wanda (Terry) Hankins of Martin; a brother, Raburn (Cindy) Woodard of Dresden; eight step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
