The Messenger. 07.09.08 Completed arrangements are being announced for Ronnie Mayse, 44, of Troy, who died July 7, 2008, at 9:20 p.m. at Regional Hospital in Jackson. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Dilday Funeral Home in Union City, with burial following in Mount Moriah Cemetery. The Rev. Eddie Mallonee will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. today. Pallbearers will be Steve Orr, Jeff Wells, David Mayse, John Hurst, Lynn Ruark and Paul Pruitt. Honorary pallbearer will be Shane Cherry. He was born July 9, 1963, in Long Beach, Calif., son of Bobby and Virginia (Hollingsworth) Mayse of Troy. He married the former Tammy Carol Brimm Feb. 2, 2002. She survives. He had been employed at Royalguard Vinyl Co. in Newbern for 10 years as a forklift operator and was an avid fisherman. He is also survived by his stepdaughter, Tiffany Simmons of Brownsville (Ky.) community; his stepson, Danny Ray Bradshaw of Troy; his granddaughter, Hannah Chae Simmons of Mason Hall; his brother, Michael Mayse of Troy; two nieces, Kaycee Mayse of Hornbeak and Makayla Mayse of Troy; his nephew, Michael Mayse Jr. of Troy; and his grandmother, Elva Mayse of Troy.
