The Messenger. 06.23.08 The University of Tennessee Extension Service will host a Soybean Scouting School Wednesday at Cheatham Farms in Union City. The program will begin at 1:30 p.m. and continue for about two hours, a spokesman said. It is designed to provide in-field training on plant development and crop and pest management. This effort is partially supported by the Tennessee Soybean Promotion Board. No registration fee or preregistration is required. CCA and pesticide recertification points will be available.
