NW changes made

A change has been made in wardens at Northwest Correctional Complex near Tiptonville as the result of an ongoing investigation. As of Monday, Tony Parker has been named warden of Northwest Correctional Complex. He had been warden at West Tennessee State Penitentiary, according to Tennessee Department of Correction communications officer Dorinda Carter. Tommy Mills has been assigned as associate warden of operations at West Tennessee State Penitentiary. Ms. Carter said the changes are the result of an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Tennessee Department of Correction relating to an alleged incident at Northwest Correctional Complex.
