Miss Linville, Davis to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Wendy Leigh Linville of Nashville and Bradley Young Davis of Spring Hill is being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of Billy and Diana Linville of Kingston. Her grandparents are W. C. and Anne Linville of Hartsville and the late Donald R. Milligan and Josephine Milligan of Stockbridge, Ga. She is a graduate of Roane County High School in Kingston. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville before earning a bachelor of science degree in nursing in 2006 from Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens. While in college, she was a member of Phi Mu sorority. She is employed as a registered nurse in the orthopedics unit at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. The groom-elect is the son of the late Gary K. Davis and Robbin (Young) Davis of Franklin. His grandparents are Dr. Robert R. and Cheryl Young and Kenneth R. and Ina Davis, all of Union City, and Don and Anne Clark Rogers of Hernando, Miss. He graduated from Battle Ground Academy in Franklin and attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. While in college, he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He is employed as a residential appraiser for The Cary Group in Brentwood. The couple will wed at 5 p.m. July 26 at Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville.
