East Tennessee family of two soldiers say Memorial Day has special meaning

CLEVELAND (AP) — An East Tennessee family says Memorial Day has a special meaning after one son died in Iraq and a second is training to deploy soon.
Chris Weir of Cleveland enlisted in the Army shortly after his younger brother, David, was shot and killed in 2006.
The older brother is finishing what his younger brother started and will soon deploy to southern Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Ky.
Weir says the memory of his brother helps him get through difficult times.
The family said they planned to visit David’s grave at the Chattanooga National Cemetery today.
