Mr. and Mrs. Mike Cook of Martin are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Deanna Fay Cook, to Anson Tremain Couch, son of Jerry Couch of Martin and Georgia Bufkin of Martin.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Westview High School. She is currently employed as a preschool teacher with The Peppermint Stick Early Childhood Center in Martin.
The bridegroom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Westview High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, earning a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance. He is currently employed at the McDowell Center in Dyersburg as a recreational therapist.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at McCabe United Methodist Church in Martin. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church.
The couple will reside in their home in Martin with their three sons, Cameron, Bently and Eason.
