APICS set to gather in Jackson

The West Tennessee Golden Circle Chapter of APICS (Advancing Productivity, Innovation and Competitive Success), the Association for Operations Management, will hold a professional development meeting Thursday at the Old Country Store in Jackson.
The social time and meal will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the program from 6:30-7:30.
The subject of the session will be “Knowing What to Schedule, Getting Accurate Forecasts from Sales and Marketing.”
Bob Palmer, CPA, president of Data Guidance Group in Memphis, will be the guest speaker. He is a past columnist for The Memphis Business Journal and Tennessee CPA Journal, as well as the author of numerous books and an accomplished seminar leader and instructor for the University of Memphis.
