Nina Quintella (Pendergrass) Paradi, 86, of Union City died May 9, 2008, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.
Services were set for 11 a.m. today at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Father Richard Cortese officiating. Burial was to follow in East View Cemetery.
Pallbearers were to be Paul Westby, Jackson Davis, Chad Davis, Daniel Pendergrass and Sid McMillian.
She was born Feb. 6, 1922, daughter of the late Mack Dorrie and Myrtle Mai (Moore) Pendergrass. She was the retired owner and operator of The Village Pub in Calumet Park, Ill., and was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include her son, Ed Moore of Springfield, Mass.; two sisters, Idella Young and Ceceila L. Presson, both of Union City; her brother, Robert D. Pendergrass of Peoria, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Deward Edward Pendergrass and Charles Howard Pendergrass.
