TOP SCOUT — Zachary Hughes Collins, 17-year-old son of Robert D. and Donna Collins of Dawsonville, Ga., recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. His father, who is scoutmaster, was able to present the award, which shows discipline and dedication. Zachary is the grandson of Warren Hughes and Teresa Collins of Rives and the nephew of Young and Melissa (Collins) Phan of Newbern. He is the brother of Eathan Collins, 14, who is also a scout working toward the rank of Eagle Scout in the future. , |
