The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for May 12-16:
Union City High School
Monday, May 12 — Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, cole slaw, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, May 13 — Chicken fajita with tortilla, pinto beans, carrot sticks, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 14 — Mexican Chicken Casserole, corn, Great Northern beans, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 15 — Meat loaf with cornbread, buttered potatoes, steamed cabbage, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, May 16 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, May 12 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, May 13 — Beef taco with shell, pinto beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 14 — Chicken fajita with tortilla, corn, Great Northern beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 15 — Baked Salisbury Steak with gravy, buttered potatoes, fresh salad cup, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, May 16 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City Middle School offers reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.

Tuesday, May 13 — Beef taco with shell or tuna salad sandwich with whole-grain bread, pinto beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 14 — Chicken fajita with tortilla or peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole-grain bread, corn, Great Northern beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 15 — Reduced-fat pizza or manager’s choice of meat and bread, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, buttered potatoes, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
