Rachel M. Boaz, 86, of Greenfield, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Services were held 2 p.m. Sunday at Williams Funeral Home, with Keith Pence officiating. Burial was in Meridian Cemetery in Greenfield. Mrs. Boaz was born Jan. 22, 1922, in Greenfield, daughter of the late Ollie and Luna Scates Raney. Survivors include two sons, Tommy Boaz of Hollow Rock and Johnny Boaz of Greenfield.
