CCP offers a comprehensive dance curriculum that includes ballet, jazz, modern and tap. The curriculum allows students to have the opportunity to explore their creative talents as well as develop a strong dance technique. The primary focus for the ballet classes is Russian classical ballet technique (Vaganova method), which provides a strong foundation for all other dance forms.

The music and theater classes offered during our Summer Intensive focus primarily on the elements needed to “put on a show”. Whether taking beginning music or advanced acting, students learn to develop skills focusing on both solo and group related work. Vocal technique, sight reading, solo song repertoire, monologues and choreography are just a few of the skills taught. Music and theater classes are more than just about performing. Instructors strive to develop creativity and self-trust while students build confidence in themselves for whatever the future might hold.

CCP has spacious air-conditioned studios equipped with Marley-covered spring floors, a full-range sound system, brand new mirrors, and dance barres. The program also uses both of the professional theater spaces for classes and rehearsals.
