Completed arrangements for Stacey Anne Fowler, 40, of Woodland Mills, who died April 24, 2008, are being announced today.
A mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City, with Father Richard Cortese officiating.
Friends may call at the church after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The family requests memorials be made to the Obion County Public Library.
She was born Dec. 25, 1967, in Fulton, daughter of the late James Roland Fowler and Ruth Ann (McIntyre) Fowler of Woodland Mills. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sister, Capt. Amy Fowler of Hurlbert Air Force Base, Fla.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Master Sgt. Dan Fowler and Nicole Fowler of Moody Air Force Base, Ga., and Steve and Tori Fowler of Dyersburg; and five nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Oden and Ruby Fowler and Leola and Abe McIntyre.
