The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lattus of South Fulton on the birth of a son, Joseph Thomas Lattus, at 2:35 p.m. April 21, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He is the brother of Carl Anthony, 3, and Emmalee, 2. His grandparents are Danny and Mildred Hinson of Union City and Martha Lattus and the late Charles E. Lattus of Hickman, Ky. His great-grandmother is Mildred L. Hinson of Troy. His mother is the former Gina Hinson of Union City.
