The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Feb. 11-15:
Union City High School
Monday, Feb. 11 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun, French fries, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Baked ham with roll, sweet potatoes, fresh salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Barbecue pork with bun, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, baked beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Feb. 15 — Professional development.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Feb. 11 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun, French fries, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Baked ham with roll, sweet potatoes, fresh salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Beef taco with shell, pinto beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Union City Elementary
Monday, Feb. 11 — Baked chicken nuggets or pimento cheese sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun or bologna and cheese sandwich with whole-grain bread, French fries, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Baked ham with roll or tuna salad sandwich with whole-grain bread, sweet potatoes, fresh salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Beef taco with shell or peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole-grain bread, pinto beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
