The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Jim Alexander of Memphis on the birth of a daughter, Sarah Campbell Alexander, born 11:35 a.m. Dec. 18, 2007, at Baptist Women’s Center in Memphis. She weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long. She is the sister of Caroline, 5, and James, 3. Her grandparents are John and Cathy Burrow of South Fulton and Jim and Priscilla Alexander of Memphis. Her mother is the former Tracy Ellen Burrow.
