The following cases were disposed of Dec. 18, Dec. 20 and Dec. 27 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Raymond Morris, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were filed in the docket books in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Aaron R. Bridgeman (425 South Ury St., Union City) — driving while license revoked, $50 fine, costs, 30 days jail suspended.
• Joe Busby (address not listed) — possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, bound over to the grand jury.
• Harold W. Clapp (432 East Church St., Union City) — worthless check, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, pay check and costs, six months supervised probation.
• James Curlin III (809 South Second St., Union City) — possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, bound over to the grand jury.
• Toby T. Horton (721 Sunswept Drive, Apt. 4, Union City) — possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in a school zone, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance in a school zone and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, bound over to the grand jury.
• Joseph McNeil (604 North Third St., Union City) — violation of registration law, $10 fine, costs.
• Angela Ortiz (622 Leah St., Union City) — driver’s license to be carried and exhibited, $10 fine, costs; financial responsibility law violation, $10 fine, costs.
• Javar D. Ross (1116 East Vine St., Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange, $250 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation; simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, $750 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• LaToya L. Townsend (721 Sunswept Drive, Apt. 4, Union City) — possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in a school zone, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance in a school zone and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, bound over to the grand jury.
• Tara L. Coleman (2300 Ohio St., Paducah, Ky.) — driving while license suspended, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation; financial responsibility law violation, $10 fine, costs.
• Wesley Dawone Coleman (512 North First St., Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days; criminal impersonation, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days.
• Melinda S. Pollock (2715 Elbridge Road, Obion) — theft, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, pay $578 restitution to the victim.
• Stephanie L. Roberts (116 West Main St., Greenfield) — two counts of theft, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Gary W. Allen (1775 Vaughn Drive, Tiptonville) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation; simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, $750 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Justin Collins (204 Burton Road, Hornbeak) — two counts of theft and one count of vandalism, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion on all counts, $50 fine plus costs and 11 months and 29 days supervised probation on each count.
• Wiley J. Powers (4936 Shady Grove Road, Union City) — possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, vandalism, theft of property and burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Dennie Stough (1918 East Vine St., Union City) — three counts of worthless check, paid checks and costs.
• Tammy C. Turner (1440 B Etawah Drive, Lexington, Ky.) — three counts of worthless check, paid checks and costs.
• Tammy C. Turner (529 Nash St., Apt. 82, Union City) — simple assault, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, six months supervised probation.
• Michael Coleman (609 East Palmer St., Union City) — prevention/obstruction service of legal process, $50 fine, costs.
• Angela E. Murrell (411 North Clover St., Union City) — contributing to the delinquency of a child, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, six months supervised probation, no contact with the victims.
