Titans lose Fowler NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Titans placed starting middle linebacker Ryan Fowler on injured reserve after he had surgery on his right shoulder, and he will be replaced by Stephen Tulloch. “Ryan Fowler’s shoulder was such it would not allow him to play,” coach Jeff Fisher said Wednesday. Fowler had surgery Tuesday, and the Titans filled his roster spot by signing Jorge Cordova who played with Jacksonville earlier this season. They also added Kurt Campbell to the practice squad. Defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth (hamstring), center Kevin Mawae (calf), linebacker Keith Bulluck (knee), running back LenDale White (knee), right guard Benji Olson (bruised left thigh) and linebacker David Thornton (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Fisher trimmed practice down with only a couple of team periods. Both Bulluck and Mawae referred reporters to Fisher when asked how they were feeling. Fisher already had said he would list the injuries in Friday’s injury report. Haynesworth, who was voted to his first Pro Bowl on Tuesday, was optimistic that he would be able to start Sunday against the New York Jets (3-11). He spent three hours Tuesday in Atlanta with a chiropractor recommended by his agent Chad Speck. He said he felt much better than he had in recent weeks. Haynesworth said the chiropractor has worked on receivers Terrell Owens, Donte’ Stallworth and Kelley Washington. “Of course, all speedy guys. I feel privileged to go see that guy,” Haynesworth said.
