Photo: 4-H senior public speaking

SENIOR WINNER — Savannah London won first place in the senior division of the annual Obion County 4-H Public Speaking Contest held recently at Ridgemont Elementary School. She will compete in the Western Region 4-H Contest in March. Miss London is an 11th-grade 4-Her at Obion County Central High School. She is the daughter of Mark and Donna London of Troy.
