(numbers only!)

If after – include name of honoree; city of address; birth date; celebration date, time, place; what was served; spouse’s name (if deceased can list as “the late”); who hosted; children’s names (can include their spouses) and cities of address; number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; can also include guests’ names and cities of address (if grandchildren were guests can include their names and relation).
