The Messenger has learned of the death of Wanda Sue Baker, 55, of Martin, who died Nov. 21, 2007, at her home.
A memorial service is planned for Sunday at 2 p.m. at Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City, with the Rev. James Kinsey officiating.
Friends are asked to meet at the church at 1:45 p.m. Sunday.
Murphy Funeral Home in Martin is in charge of arrangements.
She was born Oct. 22, 1952, in Lake County, daughter of Peggy Sue (Poiner) Baker of Martin.
She was married to David Baker and was a graduate of Dyersburg High School. She was employed in food services at Martin Middle School and was a member of Sunswept Baptist Church.
Survivors also include three sons, Shane Baker of Sharon and Harvey Baker and Alex Baker, both of Martin; and two grandchildren, Blaine Baker and Lainey Baker, both of Sharon.
