Road block slated

There will be a road block from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday in Troy, sponsored by the Troy Police Department.
Those participating will be accepting new toys or funds to purchase them for children in need.
There are 70-90 children the group hopes to invite to a Christmas party Dec. 21, a spokesman said.
