Motor fuel meet set The Tennessee Department of Agriculture Regulatory Services Division will conduct a rulemaking hearing on motor fuel quality standards Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Porter Building Conference Room at Ellington Agricultural Center, located at 440 Hogan Road in Nashville. Under consideration are amendments to rules, pursuant to T.C.A. § 47-18-1304 and § 47-18-1309, that set standards on gasoline-oxygenate and ethanol blends of motor fuel. The proposed rules are intended to maintain motor fuel quality for consumers while allowing additional ethanol blending of gasoline. The hearing is open to the public and will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, T.C.A. § 4-5-204.
