| Skyhawk softball offers winter camp | | | The UT Martin softball team will host its annual winter clinic Dec. 20-21. The camp will run daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center on the UT Martin campus.
UT Martin head softball coach Donley Canary and assistant coaches Sarah Daws and Kevin Creech will serve as camp directors with several past and present UT Martin players serving as camp instructors. The main emphasis will be on individual hitting and pitching with an emphasis on the importance of work ethic and mental attitude.
The cost of the camp is $70 per camper if registered before Dec. 15 and $80 after the 15th or up until the day of the camp. Cost includes camp insurance, T-shirt and lunch both days for the camper.
Campers will be grouped by age and ability for individual/group instruction.
