The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Oct. 15-19:
Union City High School
Monday, Oct. 15 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. (Note: There will be no salad bar.)
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Wafer ham and cheese with whole-grain bun, corn, baked beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. (Note: There will be no salad bar.)
Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Beef spaghetti with Texas toast, cole slaw, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Oct. 18 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Oct. 19 — Parent-Teacher Conference.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, Oct. 15 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. (Note: There will be no salad bar.)
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Wafer ham and cheese with whole-grain bun, corn, baked beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. (Note: There will be no salad bar.)
Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Beef spaghetti with Texas toast, cole slaw, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Oct. 18 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Oct. 19 — Parent-Teacher Conference.
Note: Union City Middle School offers reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.

Union City Elementary
Monday, Oct. 15 — Baked chicken nuggets or pimento cheese sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Wafer ham and cheese with whole-grain bun or bologna and cheese sandwich, corn, French fries, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Beef spaghetti with Texas toast or tuna salad sandwich with whole-grain bread, cole slaw, black-eyed peas, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Oct. 18 — Reduced-fat pizza with whole-grain crust or peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole-grain bread, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, buttered potatoes, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Friday, Oct. 19 — Parent-Teacher Conference.
