Franklin Dale Watts, 60, of Hornbeak died Oct. 8, 2007, at Jackson’s Regional Hospital.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cobb’s Chapel Cemetery, with the Rev. James Kinsey officiating.
Friends may call at Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City 5-8 p.m. today.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born April 7, 1947, in Obion County, son of the late Huey Britton and Emma (Erwin) Watts. He married the former Betty Faye Daniel Nov. 25, 1980. She survives.
He was a custodian for Lennox Hearth Products in Union City and was a Church of God member.
Survivors also include two daughters and his son-in-law, Mary Beth Crandall of Hornbeak and Christy and William Pendergrast of Union City; his son, Jody Watts of Hornbeak; two sisters and his brother-in-law, Cathy and Joe Garner of Union City and Christine Mitchum of Millsfield; his brother, Kenneth Watts of Haleyville, Ala.; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and his sister.
