SPEAKING OF GIFTS — The Obion County Distinguished Speakers Foundation, represented by president Jody Kizer (center), presented a gift in the amount of $5,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Tennessee chief professional officer Ron Green (left) and vice president Clint Joiner recently. The club, with more than 900 members, is in the process of raising funds to refurbish the former Central Elementary School property and expand its services there, particularly to teens in the community. , |
