Completed arrangements are being announced for Reba Jeanette (Evans) Grissom West, 84, of Union City, who died Sept. 26, 2007, at the home of her daughter in Union City.
Private graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Darrell Morgan officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert Finch, Michael Breeden, Steve Johnson and Eddie Finch.
There will be no visitation.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born March 16, 1923, in Cayce, Ky., daughter of the late Bob and Mamie (Wade) Evans. She married George West in June 1992. He died in 2005.
She was a retired employee of the former Martin Manufacturing Co., where she worked for more than 25 years, and was a member of Alamo Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Belinda and Robert Finch of Union City, Patricia and Charlie Dykes of Lake Worth, Fla., and Kay and John Turner of Clinton, Ky.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Nancy Grissom of Atlanta and Eugene and Jeanine Grissom of Pennsylvania; her sister, Ann Robey of Chicago; two brothers, Carlton Evans of Chicago and Bobby Evans of Manchester; and 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Delbert Grissom; two daughters, Beverly Mooney and Melinda Faye Grissom; and her sister, Ina Lee Evans.
