Totals:
For the week of Aug. 26-Sept. 1, the Union City Fire Department had a total of 21 alarms, including 15 medical calls, two fires, two motor vehicle accidents, one mutual aid fire and one smoke investigation. There were 126 alarms in August and the Union City Fire Department has answered 848 alarms since Jan. 1.
Editor’s note: Due to privacy laws, specific addresses are notlisted on medical calls to which the fire department now routinely responds with local ambulance personnel.

Divorces
