Charles Ray Johnson, 76, of Kenton died Jan. 10, 2013, at Dyersburg Regional Hospital.
Services were 2 p.m. Sunday at New Concord Baptist Church near Kenton, with interment in the church cemetery.
Karnes & Son funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
