Fall festival slated

The Union City Elementary School PTO will be sponsoring a fall festival Saturday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on the front lawn of the school.
There will be concessions, face painting, chalk art, inflatables, games, a silent auction, a bake sale, spiritwear, Sandy Candy and more. The community is invited to attend.
