Fincher to host dinner

Congressman Stephen Fincher will be the host at the Obion County GOP Red Apron Dinner at 6 p.m. Monday. The event will be at GOP headquarters at 225 South First St. in Union City.
Donations for the meal will benefit the headquarters fund.
