Two men sought by DPD, WCSD

The execution of a search warrant in Dresden has led to the discovery of weapons and drugs, while two men sought in connection remain on the lam.
According to a press release issued by the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department, members of the WCSD and Dresden Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 400 block of Evergreen Street in Dresden around 9 Wednesday morning.
Officers allegedly found crack coacine, marijuana, digital scales, six cell phones and four pistols. According to the release, three of the four weapons were loaded at the time of discovery.
Lakesha Wright was at the scene during the execution of a search warrant. Wright was taken into custody and charged with possession of Schedule II (crack cocaine) with intent to resale, possession of Schedule VI (marijuana) with intent to resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers are still searching for two black males allegedly involved in the case – Anthony Brown and Adrian Wiggins.
The pair also live in the home, according to the release. When found, they will both face the same charges as Wright.
Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 587-2611.
Tipsters will remain anonymous. Information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect can be worth up to $1,000.
