Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City has become a name sponsor for a log cabin in the historic farm center at Discovery Park of America. The local hospital is sponsoring a doctor’s office in the historic cabin and has made a $25,000 donation to the project. On hand for the formal check presentation were (from left) BMH-UC administrator and CEO Barry “Skipper” Bondurant, Robert Kirkland of the Kirkland Foundation, BMH-UC assistant administrator Forest Briggs, BMH-UC board chairman Mary Carpenter and DPA chairman Jim Rippy. |
